Below you will find our terms and conditions which will outline the various principles which Zethna autos operate by. Your time is always greatly appreciated within our organisation and we find that it would benefit all customers to take time to read through the following:

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
It should be noted that none of our services may go ahead if we are made to carry out our work on any main roads or car parks which are labelled pay and display.
Zethna Autos does not accept any responsibility for any lost or damaged items. It is mandatory that all valuables are removed personally before the service is carried out.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in additional fees as it will cause delays within our services.
Damage that may already be present on a vehicle and could become worse when performing a service must be communicated with our team. For example: any major scratches or dents which are already embedded with the vehicle.
We will not accept any liability if any further damage is caused.
Our MOST IMPORTANT RULE is that the CUSTOMER must REMOVE baby seats before any service and replace them after completion too. At no time will any of our members attempt to remove car seats, but we will clean them. The result of this will mean that interior cleaning of the Vehicle will be inefficient, leaving any areas under the obstruction dirty.
At no point will any members of our team be told to climb onto the roof of any vehicle to ensure it is cleaned thoroughly.
Before all bookings are fully confirmed we Ensure that we ask all customers for access to water and electricity . This allows us ultimate efficiency whilst carrying out various types of valets.
BOOKINGS PROCESS
When booking your appointment, the information provided should be as accurate as possible in order for a smooth process. If extra work is required you may be subject to various additional charges.
It should be noted that booking times are just a guide and that the times taken in order to carry out can vary depending on the circumstances of the vehicle.
In the event that a customer selects the wrong vehicle size when booking then you will either be charged or refunded the difference.
PAYMENT PROCESS
When booking on our website NO DEPOSIT will be needed to secure your booking. However, You will then be expected to pay the Full balance on completion of the job
For a full balance collection, you will be sent a payment link via Monzo. This is done through direct bank transfer, however card payments will also be accepted in the case that it is requested by a customer.
In regards to a situation where failure in payment is present ,after the service is completed then there will be various precautions which shall be taken by the Zethna autos team. Firstly, a maximum of 3 days will be given to pay via a payment link or direct bank transfer. Failure to comply with this first stage will mean a day rate of £4.50 will be applied until payment is received. After 14 days of no payment, we will take legal action against you and you will have to pay the full amount and the legal fees alongside the remaining balance of the service.
Once a service is completed refunds will not be available.
Customers will receive the details of their booking along with the price and payment details if they wish to pay via bank transfer.
Customers with bookings outside of our mileage range will receive additional mileage fees. Our fixed rate is £0.60p per mile. Customers will only be expected to pay for the miles covered outside of our range and for the trip from our location to the address of the Customer -
( Anything over 10 miles from our Location).
SERVICES
The services which we carry out are available to everyone located within Cambridgeshire and peripheral areas. Furthermore, it may be noted that depending on the job we may conclude by travelling slightly further. Additional fees for mileage may apply.
Weather safety: This refers to the fact that if rain occurs during or before a job then the service will have to be put on hold until weather becomes better or Worst Case Rescheduling will occur to another suitable date to finish the Job at NO EXTRA COST.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations must be carried out a minimum of 2 days before your time slot. Failure to follow the proceedings above will result in your appointment to be rescheduled to an alternate time within the next 7 days. If this issue is not resolved at this stage then we will take precautions to recuperate a percentage of funds from the service that will cover the costs acquired.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Zethna Autos information provided will be 100% confidential.
Vehicle registration plates are not stored in Any of our systems.
photos/videos of your vehicle are a mandatory requirement before but also after the service is completed to use on our social media platforms.
Any photos/videos of your car which may be intended for marketing purposes will always be double checked with the customer before anything is shared publicly. Only when we have permission, we may proceed.
