3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible at the time of your booking.

4.2 Please remove personal belongings before we begin. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to items left in your vehicle.

4.3 For safety reasons, vehicles must be parked legally and on level ground.

5. Service Limitations

5.1 While we take every care, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or defects.

5.2 Some services (e.g., machine polishing, ceramic coatings) may require additional curing or aftercare, which will be explained to you.

5.3 We will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, paint defects, or mechanical issues.

6. Liability

6.1 Zethna Autos is fully insured. However, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6.2 We are not liable for damage resulting from faulty locks, alarms, or other pre-existing vehicle issues.

6.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Guarantee & Aftercare

7.1 Certain services (such as ceramic coatings) may come with a guarantee, provided aftercare instructions are followed.

7.2 Failure to follow recommended maintenance may void any guarantees.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to provide our services.
